	Control Shift – how to help your adult students meet their potential. and Small Steps, Big Results - how to maximise your online lessons with older teens. with Magdalena Kania A teacher, teacher mentor, teacher trainer and her private language school's Director of Studies. She runs workshops across Poland and is a regular speaker at the national conferences. Innovative projects and trainings that combine the latest methodological knowledge with practical classroom application became her trademark. Her ideas are widely popular because of their simplicity and efficiency.
	Presence at a distance – building a sense of community in online education. with Alastair Creelman Specialist in the field of online and distance education based in the section for higher education development. Alastair monitors developments in the field and is active in national and international projects in areas such as distance/online learning, quality questions, OER, MOOCs, social media in education and virtual mobility. In June 2017 Alastair was awarded the title of EDEN Fellow and elected to EDEN's NAP Steering Committee. Very active in social media, through two blogs on educational technology - a reflective blog in English, Corridor of Uncertainty, and a news blog in Swedish, Flexspan. Active on Twitter as @alacre.
